HOW IT WORKS
The M500 operates using a direct-drive air motor with a built-in lubricator and integrated check valve to ensure smooth, consistent pumping action. Its 10:1 pressure ratio delivers high-performance output, allowing efficient pumping of pure cements, fibre-reinforced mixes, and fine sand blends.
Material is drawn through the suction inlet and discharged under pressure, ensuring accurate and reliable grout placement. Its compact design allows easy handling, quick cleaning, and dependable operation in confined or demanding site conditions.
POWER & COMPATIBILITY
The M500 is powered by compressed air, requiring a minimum air supply of 3 bar and a maximum of 8 bar. The system is compatible with a wide range of grout hoses, spray nozzles, and ancillary equipment, providing flexible integration into existing site setups.
