The 10-ton Front Gripping Nano Jack is a compact and efficient hydraulic jack engineered for high-performance pre-stressing and tensioning applications. With a design force of 120kN, this new generation model delivers enhanced reliability and control in demanding underground mining and construction environments.
HOW IT WORKS
This jack is designed for efficiency—automatically gripping and releasing the strand at the start and finish of the pre-stressing process. To achieve proper tensioning, the strand must project at least 250mm from the anchor point, allowing the front gripping wedges to engage effectively.
Once the desired tension is reached, the jack securely locks off the wedges, ensuring a firm and lasting hold. Any excess strand can be trimmed after the stressing process is complete.
POWER & COMPATIBILITY
The 10T Nano Jack operates seamlessly with standard hydraulic power units, including Air or Hand Pumps capable of delivering pressures up to 40MPa. Its robust construction ensures dependable performance and low maintenance requirements, making it a reliable solution for on-site tensioning tasks.
